Approached from the West, your new home is tucked into the hill below Gilbert Road (Photo) at the garage and extends above the grade at the South. Stucco, arches (Photo), and long low roofs lend themselves to a Mediterranean flavor, carried through in the site work with retaining walls and wrought iron fences. The 4500 square feet is mostly on the main level, with high ceilings to take in the views and light. A circular drive brushes the edges of the angled garage and house, and a covered front porch (Photo) offers protection from the elements and beckons visitors to come inside.

The foyer (Photo) offers an immediate view through the formal spaces to the valley and Ahtanum Ridge beyond. Ahead to the right is the Living Room (Photo), and to the left, the Dining Room (Photo). The areas are defined by columns, and the Dining Room has a built-in buffet. French doors lead from both these spaces to the South terrace, expanding your entertaining space to the outdoors when weather permits. To your right, a short hall leads to the Guest Bath (Photo), Guest Bedroom (Photo), and Master Suite (Photo). The Master has a sweeping view and ceilings here are cozied by soffits (Photo) and a sitting area fireplace (Photo). A good sized walk-in closet has plenty of hanging space. The Bath has a tile and glass block shower and soaking tub area (Photo), private commode and double vanity.

On the other side of the Foyer the hall continues, and on the left double doors open to the Office (Photo), offering views through the Dining Room. Through an archway, the kitchen (Photo) appears straight ahead, and the Rec Room lies to the right. There is an informal eating space on the other side of the kitchen, with East facing windows overlooking the children's play yard. The Rec Room (Photo) is large enough for a small media center, billiard table, video machine and bar (Photo). The Mud Room connects the kitchen to a back porch and the 6-car garage, which jogs and angles into the hill, providing much of the needed retaining wall area.

Between the Kitchen and Office, a staircase leads to the upper level of the home, which is located over the Mud Room and a portion of the garage. At the top of the stair, there is a loft overlooking the the Kitchen and Rec Room below, large enough for some exercise equipment and a children's shared playspace. A Bathroom (Photo) and two Bedrooms finish off  this level.

Below the Rec Room, off the Pool area (Photo) is a cabana (Photo) with a Bathroom and a Changing Room. This building will be approximately 150 square feet.
